a) Voluntarily provided to us
We collect and store the data you voluntarily provide to us when using our website or by
communicating with us through other channels.
We also collect the data you provide to us when you register for our Services. This is personal
data which is likely to include your name, email address, company name, company address and
phone number. We maintain the confidentiality of your personal data at all times.
b) Provided by use of our Services
We also collect personal data uploaded to our mobile application when you are using our
Services. This can include by use of the camera in your device to scan a QR code or to create a
business contact from an image of a business card.

And we also collect data through the use of cookies which are small text files sent from our web
server to your browser.
This data includes usage details such as frequency, duration and patterns of use. It also includes
details relating to you as a visitor such as your Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type and
browser language.

- arranging and administering services you have applied for

Transfer of data outside UK

Where this is the case we ensure that robust safeguards are in place to protect your data and

For transfers to the US we rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (“EU-US DPF”) and UK
extension to the EU-US DPF where our sub processors are certified. Otherwise we rely on
Standard Contractual Clauses (“SCC”).
We also rely on SCC where it is necessary to transfer personal data to any country where the
standard of data security is not considered to be in accordance with EU and UK standards. SCC
provide an extra layer of security for your data to ensure the EU and UK standards are being
met.

In accordance with current legislation we implement appropriate technical and organisational
measures to ensure the safety of your personal data.
We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards in connection with the collection,
storage and transfer of personal data.
We collect only the minimum amount of personal data which is necessary to provide the Services
